Located on the Vaeshartelt Maastricht estate, Bistro Els stands for pure, local flavors. Chef Kris School prepares classic bistro dishes using organic ingredients from his own garden and from Limburg farmers. Traditional and honest, with a modern twist – that is Bistro Els.
